SOCCER JUNIOR BOYS: Immaculata vs. Lisgar
Our junior boys are on roll, the soccer team keeps on dominating through the central division as they finish off the regular season 5-1. Putting a beatdown on Lisgar Collegiate Institute and destroying them 3-0 in an away game on an extremely unusual 23 degree day this past Wednesday. With the three goals being across three soccer superstars, Sebastian Oleskevich, Kayden St.Denis, and Brady Brown, helping the boys close out the regular season. Their next game, and their first of the playoffs, will be this Thursday November, 4 pm on their home turf. If you want to support our team this week, you won't have to go far, so feel free to bring your mac wear and cheer on our boy's soccer team, and as always, go Saints !!

THOUCKBALL REPORT : 7/8 INTRAMURAL THOUCKBALL

Tchoukball is an underrated sport that isn't known by many people. Tchoukball is an indoor team sport you play with two teams, 12 players on each team, (only 7 people can be on the court at once) that is similar to handball, it just has a bigger ball.

The Canadian male and female junior hockey teams won the gold medal this year in Halifax. The male team, led by 17-year-old Connor Bedard, had a rough start with a 5-2 loss against the Czech Republic but avenged that by beating them in the finals 3-2 to win the gold in overtime. The female team also won gold by easily beating Sweden 10-0.

The Junior girls will have their hands full over the next couple of weeks while the season continues through the month of March. For results of the games, check MAC Chronicles next week and learn what teams Immaculata will face next.
